sorry this is so shonky...

(i've post it anyway...) i watched this unfold the other day, and wondered just what is about plastic dolls that never fails to turn photographers into stylists?

reasonable force...

... cones would have probably been just as effective and cheaper.

street photography

i know that in the past my fellow london classmates have had a few problems when photographing around town so i thought it only fair to even the balance. the man on the right was on duty at waterloo place (london...) this weekend, and i took the opportunity to stop, ask him some questions and take his picture. he was most accommodating and reminded me that the same laws apply to me as they do him, which of course i knew... but it made a pleasant change to hear instead of say. he explained the camera equipment i had seen being used at the israeli embassy a few weeks earlier (which i assume took the photograph of his neighbour on the left) while his colleague bemoaned the hours of video footage he had sat through of  people to look out for (...video?) could this be an interesting work experience placement?

(i have amended the picture for this post as i don't think it was clear that i was cropping the policeman's head in the same way as the "wanted for questioning" picture of the man on the left... it wasn't meant to be seen as a portrait of someone i had met...)
